The aim of the  Journal of Social Sciences and Society Tarombo (JSST) is to publish high-quality articles that contribute to theoretical and empirical discourse in the fields of social sciences and humanities at regional, national and global levels.

Articles in the  Journal of Social Sciences and Society Tarombo (JSST) will make a significant contribution to critical thinking in the fields of sociology and the humanities. The scope of the  Journal of Social Sciences and Society Tarombo (JSST) covers the following fields: social work, social welfare, social change, and social policy; humanism and human rights; corporate governance and community studies; cross-cultural studies and multiculturalism; socio-economic, population, and development studies;  ethics, and intergroup relations; war, conflict, and international relations;  local wisdom (local knowledge and wisdom); popular culture; studies of inequality (class, race, and gender studies); as well as other related fields.

Published articles on research findings and literature reviews that employ valid research methodologies, including qualitative studies, quantitative studies, or a combination of both, statistical analysis, case studies, field research, and historical studies.
