Journal of Social and Society (JOSS) accepts original research articles covering interdisciplinary framework encompassing social work, social welfare, social change, and social policy; humanism and human rights; corporate governance and community studies; cross-cultural studies and multiculturalism; socio-economic, population, and development studies; ethics, and intergroup relations; war, conflict, and international relations; local wisdom (local knowledge and wisdom); popular culture; studies of inequality (class, race, and gender studies); as well as other related fields. Manuscripts must present original research, clearly stated objectives, appropriate methods, and evidence-based findings. All Research Articles undergo peer review in accordance with the journal’s peer-review policy.

Journal of Social and Society (JOSS) accepts review articles that critically synthesize and evaluate existing research on interdisciplinary framework encompassing social work, social welfare, social change, and social policy; humanism and human rights; corporate governance and community studies; cross-cultural studies and multiculturalism; socio-economic, population, and development studies; ethics, and intergroup relations; war, conflict, and international relations; local wisdom (local knowledge and wisdom); popular culture; studies of inequality (class, race, and gender studies); as well as other related fields to developing countries. Review articles should provide a clear synthesis of the literature and identify key findings, developments, and research gaps. All Review Articles undergo peer review in accordance with the journal’s peer-review policy.
